The Government of Kerala has formed Kerala Higher Secondary Department (KBSHE / DHSE) in 1990. DHSE Kerala is a state rank school learning board.

Kerala Higher Secondary Department (VSHE / DHSE / KBSHE) accustomed to conduct two most important examinations such as Board of Secondary Education (SSLC) and Board of Higher Secondary Examinations (HSC /HSE).
